Lowell Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Lawyer

A fresh financial start may be closer than you think. Let us help you understand your options and move forward with confidence.

You have come to the Right Place

Debt can become overwhelming for many different reasons: a job loss, medical expenses, credit cards, personal loans, divorce, an emergency, or simply years of trying to keep up with payments that are no longer manageable.

If you are constantly worried about bills, collection calls, lawsuits, or how you will ever get out of debt, Chapter 7 bankruptcy may provide a way to start over.

At the Law Office of Louis S. Haskell, we have helped Massachusetts families navigate bankruptcy for decades. We take the time to understand your financial situation, explain your options clearly, and help you determine whether Chapter 7, or another solution, is right for you.

Based in Lowell, we also assist clients throughout the Merrimack Valley and communities across Massachusetts, including Chelmsford, Dracut, Tewksbury, and Billerica.

You do not have to know whether you qualify before calling us. Start by telling us what is happening.

What could Chapter 7 do for you?

For someone who qualifies, Chapter 7 can provide substantial relief from qualifying debt. A bankruptcy discharge generally releases a debtor from personal liability for debts that are legally dischargeable, meaning the debtor is no longer legally required to pay those discharged obligations.

Depending on your situation, Chapter 7 may help you:

Keep your home and car

Eliminate credit card & loans

Rebuilt your credit faster

Stop creditor harassment

NOTE / DISCLAIMER:
